Access, credits & pilot limits +
Off until the owner enables it after reviewing the notice. Access is limited to the owner and, temporarily during testing, Some1 master administrators. Other venues’ records are excluded.
Uses shared AI credits: 1 per successful answer, plus 1 per successful mic transcription, even if you don’t send it. Failed operations release reserved credits. Limit: 20 credits per venue per IST day.
OpenAI processes questions and limited records. Read the Privacy & Data Policy and venue terms.

Credit costs, renewals & refunds +
Everyday and Fluent: 5 credits/minute. Expressive: 11 credits/minute. Balanced uses the selected host’s rate. Conversation time is charged even without an order and rounds up to the next second.
Unused included credits expire monthly. Annual billing provides 12 monthly allowances. Purchased top-ups cost ₹1/credit plus tax, do not expire and need active Pro to use. Automatic top-ups need separate authorization. Manual ordering stays available without voice credits.
Pay in advance and renew manually. Launch coupons discount the first month only, including annual purchases. Contact support to review unused-credit refunds based on the amount paid. Read venue terms and refund details.
