Permanent account deletion
Owners can permanently close a venue from Settings → Danger zone after closing visits, settling active usage and resolving payment/refund reviews and automatic top-up cancellation. Confirm the exact venue name, type DELETE, choose a reason and acknowledge the notice. The workspace closes immediately while scoped background cleanup removes its operational content, team access, application and unshared uploads. Guests retain their own personal food preferences and served-meal history; another venue or guest account is not deleted. The owner sign-in remains available for other venues or a fresh application. Deletion cannot restore a closed venue.
1. Free application and venue access
Signing up creates access to your application and review status. Venue access follows manual application review; business-document upload is temporarily waived for new onboarding; it is not automatic or guaranteed. We may request missing information. The application screen shows progress, and approval provides the setup workspace. Guest service starts after the venue is configured and activated.
2. Paid digital service
Pro or a top-up is allocated after payment has been successfully captured and verified, normally within minutes. An early renewal starts after the venue's already-paid period. An annual purchase provides monthly allowances on its billing schedule. Bank authorisation, a screenshot or a client-side success message alone cannot activate credits.
If a captured payment is still not reflected after 24 hours, contact Some1 with its payment ID. Do not repeatedly pay while an earlier payment remains unresolved. Payment-provider maintenance, network failures, verification issues or a disputed payment can delay activation; our Refund policy covers failure to deliver.
Automatic top-ups also depend on mandate eligibility, required notice and processing time, and are not immediate. Keep enough allowance for ongoing service or make an authorised manual top-up. A receipt and invoice are available in payment history after verified payment.
3. Venue fulfilment and availability
The venue prepares and serves food and manages takeaway collection. It controls opening times, menu availability, order acceptance, preparation and handover. Any displayed timing is the venue's estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Contact the venue about food delays or collection; contact Some1 about account, software or Pro/credit problems.
Some1 depends on compatible devices, microphone permission for voice, connectivity and external service availability. The manual menu provides a fallback when voice is unavailable. We communicate material interruptions through the application or support where practicable.
